Kids drama: middle school 

Mondays, 3:45-4:45

This class focuses around story telling, improvisation, and basic acting techniques and how to use them to deal with stress and emotional regulation.

Kids Yoga: Middle School 

Wednesdays, 4:55-5:55

Kids Mindful Movement's Tween Yoga class is a great way for teens to unplug, rejuvenate, and restore their minds, bodies, and spirits. We incorporate breath work, yoga postures, and mindfulness in an environment where you can be yourself in a non-competitive atmosphere.

Kids Art & Mindfulness 

Fridays, 4:55-5:55

Kids Mindful Movement's Art & Mindfulness class incorporates music, art, and mindfulness techniques to allow tweens to focus and have fun while creating unique art projects each week. This non-competitive class is an opportunity for them to let go and be themselves without any fear of judgement. 

Kids Yoga: Lower School

Wednesdays, 3:20-4:20

Fall: September 4- December 19

Winter: January 2-April 12

Spring: April 22-June 6th

Kids Mindful Movement's Yoga Class is a form of yoga created to keep children engaged and mindful. Classes are intended to be fun, with age-appropriate games, poses, and storytelling to incorporate breath work and mindfulness in a way that they can understand and enjoy.
