Terms & Policies
We encourage you and/or your child to commit to two classes a week. This creates routine and you and your child will see and feel the best results. If you have any questions about our policies, please feel free to ask.
We STRONGLY encourage pre-registration. If we do not have more than two students enrolled in the class an hour prior to class starting, the class may be cancelled. If you register and cannot make the class, you may cancel up to an hour prior to the class start time. Payment is required to secure your reservation.
Payments for classes, workshops, and camps are non-refundable. Packages (5 Class Pass, 10 Class Pass, etc.) can be shared among families. Single memberships are per child or adult. Family memberships may be used by up to 5 people in a family.
private sessions, workshop & camp return policy
Studio credit for workshops and camps is available only if cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the event. Studio Credit for private sessions is available if cancellation is received 24 hours prior to the sessions.
Birthday Party Policy
Birthday parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Non-refundable balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
We ask that, if your child is sick, that they stay home. For the well-being of our fellow movers and staff, we ask that do not attend class if they have the following symptoms: fever of over 100 degrees, upset stomach, diarrhea or vomiting, contagious rash, lice, or a communicable disease (measles, mumps, rubella, ring worm, scarlet fever). Child must be symptom free for 24 hours before attending class. Please contact us to discuss make-up class if your child has to miss.
If a class is cancelled due to weather, the teacher or studio owner will post an update on the homepage of the website.
We do not follow the Chatham County School System closures. Check the website for updates. Changes to the schedule will be posted at least 2 hours in advance of the class/event.
