At Kids Mindful Movement, we believe that mindfulness starts at birth. The earlier children begin to learn mindfulness techniques, the greater their chance to approach the world's stresses with a calm mind and an open heart. 

Our kids classes are a bit different than adult yoga. They are upbeat, engaging, and imaginative. We believe in creating a non-competitive environment where children are free to be themselves, learn at their own pace, and feel confident to try new things.
