At Kids Mindful Movement, we believe that mindfulness starts at birth. The earlier children begin to learn mindfulness techniques, the greater their chance to approach the world's stresses with a calm mind and an open heart. 

Our mission is to bring mindfulness to children of all ages through activities that they love. We hope to meet your child where they are and approach mindfulness in a fun, accessible way, allowing your child to be themselves and transform how they see the world.

My 3-year-old son loves the Toddler & Preschool Yoga classes. The poses, language, and focus of the classes are always fun and age appropriate; even for an extremely active child. I love that the instructors are able to focus all his energy during the class. The art projects and/or exploration after yoga are always a hit. It is a great class for preschoolers and the studio is beautiful too!

I am so thankful Kids Mindful Movement has opened to serve children and teens in our community!
