Kids Mindful Movement + Mandala Yoga

We are so honored to be teaming up with Mandala Yoga in chapel hill to offer their Kids and Family programming.


We strongly encourage pre-registration. If we do not have more than two students enrolled in the class an hour prior to class starting, the class may be cancelled and all registrants will be notified. Running around and don’t have time to register (because…life is crazy)? Just shoot us an email or text and we will take care of it for ya!

If you register and cannot make the class, you may cancel up to an hour prior to the class start time.

Toddler/Preschool Yoga

Tuesdays, 10:00-10:45

For Ages 2-5. Kids enjoy movement and mindfulness. Learn basic yoga elements through age-appropriate breath-work techniques, games, storytelling, and creative visualization, all approached in a fun, exciting way. Drop in for $15/child or use your package/membership.

After-School Kids Yoga (Grades 3-5)

Thursdays, 4:00-4:45

This after-school class is a chance for your child to calm from their day, while having fun learning yoga poses and mindfulness techniques. For grades 3-5. $15/class or use your class package/membership.


Tween yoga + community

Wednesdays, 6-7pm

This class, for ages 9-12, is a chance for tweens to relax, do yoga, and connect. Class will take place from 6-7 pm at Mandala Yoga and tweens are welcome to hang (supervised) afterwards in the Mandala Lounge. Bring snacks and water and a friend! A great way to start your weekend. $15/class or use your package/membership.
