Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is a form of yoga created to keep children engaged and mindful. Classes are intended to be fun, with age-appropriate games, poses, and storytelling to incorporate breath work and mindfulness in a way that they can understand. 

In our Toddler/Preschool Classes, we incorporate animal sounds, imagery, and playful games to help children move mindfully. 

Our Yogi Kids classes are focused on breath connection, mindfulness techniques, and asana (postures) in a fun, active, and engaging way. 

Our Teen Yoga classes are a great way for teens to unplug, rejuvenate, and restore their minds, bodies, and spirits. We incorporate breathwork, asana, and mindfulness in an environment where they can be themselves without fear of being judged. 

  • Baby + Me Yoga

    • Saturdays 9:30-10:30

  • Toddler Preschool Yoga:

    • Mondays 10-10:45

    • Wednesdays 10-10:45

    • Thursdays 1:30-2:15

    • Thursdays 5:30-6:15

  • Kids Yoga:

    • Tuesdays 5:30-6:15

  • Kids Yoga for Homeschoolers:

    • Mondays 11-12

    • Wednesdays 11:15-12:!5

  • Tween/Teen Yoga

    • Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:30-7:30

    • Fridays (at Mandala Yoga): 6-7
