We, at Kids Mindful Movement, are excited to bring mindfulness, movement, and art to Homeschoolers, ages 5-13, from across the area. We offer five classes a week for those who are currently homeschooled, so they can learn to incorporate mindfulness techniques into their daily curriculum. These 45 minute to one hour art, yoga, drama, and creative movement/dance classes are designed to improve mind/body awareness, encourage the development of communication and social skills, increase each student’s ability to self-regulate, and provide a fun and engaging experience!
